Andrea Anders
Anders was originally birthed in Madison and raised DeForest. However, she is currently living at Los Angeles. Following her graduation from DeForest Area High Schools in DeForest as well as Stevens Point University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts She came from Madison. In 2001, she was awarded her master's degree in fine arts in fine arts from Rutgers University. From 2006 until 2015, Anders and her former Joey co-star Matt LeBlanc, who met on the set of the show that was cancelled, dated. Sean Anders is her brother. (Sex Drive; The Never Been Thawed). Anders started her theatre career in the year 2001. She was an understudy for Mary Louise Parker in the Broadway production of Proof and also later played the part of Elaine Robinson in The Graduate. Also, she appeared in On the Jump on the Arena Stage and New Doors at the Guthrie Theater. The actress was also seen in two New York Stage & Film Productions, Cold/Tender, and New World Rhapsody. Anders began in May 2007 in her first Geffen Playhouse production of Fat Pig. Fat Pig was closed by July 1st, 2007. The character she played was Jeannie, an accountant. Anders first appearance on television was in the Dannon advertisement which ran through the middle of the 1990s. In the following years, she was on television in the year 2006. Anders was a character of Joey since the beginning, playing Alex Garrett the lawyer and The Class (nee Campbell) as Nicole Allen - an ex footballer's wife. Both shows were cancelled even though she appeared on every episode. Anders was also seen making guest appearances in One Life to Live, Law & Order, The Guiding Light and Tru Calling. In 2003, she was Donna Degenhart on five episodes of the HBO drama Oz. Also, she made minor appearances in The Stepford Wives (2004) as Heather and Sex Drive (2008) as Brandy. Anders has also played Brandy in the film, Sex Drive. Anders was also a part of two unsuccessful television pilots. Spellbound & News To Me. Recently, Anders was cast in Better Off Ted, a single camera workplace comedy written by Victor Fresco for ABC.
