Alice Englert

Alice Allegra Englert (born 15 June 1994) is an Australian actress, director, writer, singer, and songwriter. Her most well-known work is her performances as Rosa in the documentary Ginger and Rosa Ginger & Rosa (2012) as well as Lena Duchannes in the film Beautiful Creatures Alice Allegra Englert was born in Sydney in June 1994. She is the daughter of New Zealand filmmaker Jane Campion as well as Australian filmmaker Colin Englert. Edith Campion's maternal granddaughter, as well as the director of theatre Richard Campion. The family was raised in Sydney and various locations where her parents' work led the family. She said, "I've spent half my time on airplanes. New Zealand is a place that I love. This is where the creative, whimsical part of the family resided." She was educated in Australia as well as New Zealand as well as New York City, Rome as well as London.
